Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Yanwen Express, a trackable international logistics service.
Typical delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We cover Section 301 tariffs for US deliveries and VAT charges for EU orders, with these fees included in your payment. We also try our best to prepay applicable taxes for other regions. 
 We strive to settle all regular taxes and duties in advance. In rare instances, customs may charge extra fees or require document verification, which shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Once goods leave our warehouse and are handed over to the logistics carrier, risks of loss or damage during transit belong to the buyer.
We will provide all order documents and fully assist you to apply for compensation from the logistics company.
